Ovan

Ovan is a high-level Steam Gunner in The World R:2. Quiet and mysterious, he commands attention when he speaks. He seems well informed about events in the game, though the extent of his knowledge is unclear. He rarely gives straight answers, leaving others to make their own judgments.
