Ouzen

Ouzen the Immovable is an elite White Whistle who commands the Layabouts from the Observation Base on the Abyss's second layer. She was Lyza's mentor and close friend. A peerless fighter, Ouzen uses the relic Thousand Pins, which grants extraordinary strength, speed and longevity.

Ouzen controls her expressions so completely that her feelings and motives are difficult to read. She rarely explains herself, and even when she does, it can be hard to tell whether she is sincere or simply toying with others.
