Ouma Tokita

Ouma Tokita grows up in the lawless territory known as the Inside before being taken in by Tokita Niko, who teaches him the Niko Style of martial arts. Rough but ultimately well-meaning, Ouma is intensely drawn to fighting strong opponents and can be arrogant and provocative in battle. Despite his love of combat, he refuses to fight people who will not fight back.
