神山治Biography
Osamu Kamiyama is the father of Misa, Samatarou, and Meme and the husband of Venus. Playful, loving, and somewhat eccentric, he appears to work in the heavens granting human wishes. He has a habit of overindulging Samatarou, often granting desires so enthusiastically that he embarrasses his son.
