Biography
Oreille is an underworld information broker with extensive knowledge across many subjects. She recruits Hei to attack a Section 3 convoy and is also known to the CIA.
Story spoilers
Hei cuts off contact with Oreille. Oreille is later revealed to have had a past relationship with Mao, whom she calls Ricardo. As part of Shion's plan, she and Doctor Pavlichenko also build a supercomputer containing records of the world and memories gathered through the Doll and ME Networks.
