Biography
Oobami Hakase directs the Development Bureau in the Imperial Zoble military and operates through a remote-controlled robot body. Calling himself the Demon Lord, he uses the Zoble Empire as a front to increase the demon population while keeping his true identity hidden.
Story spoilers
Oobami previously ruled Zoble as Emperor Obama, surrendered the throne to Takeshita, faked his death, and adopted the Oobami identity to infiltrate the Development Bureau.
