Olruggio

Olruggio is a witch who serves as the Watchful Eye for Qifrey's atelier. Though gruff in speech, his fire-based magic is often described as warm, and he has created magical tools including the Glowstone Path, Snugstone, and Searneedle Wand. He quietly looks after the apprentices and readily comes to Qifrey's aid, then downplays his kindness when anyone notices.
