Olivier Vandeberme

Olivier Vandeberme is the director of the Reconstruction Agency. Dedicated, proud, and insistent on speaking her mind, she dislikes having her authority or sense of superiority undermined. She often taunts Juuzou about a shared “promise,” but her broader intentions are directed toward the common good despite interference from a corrupt government.
