Noratty

Noratty is a member of the Alpha Gang who works with Ursula and Ed to collect dinosaur cards for Dr. Z. He regularly devises plans that go badly and is responsible for buying the group's vehicles, leaving him to deal with the fallout when they are lost or destroyed. Although he tries to look clever and refined, he is usually nervous, awkward, and cowardly.
