Nepgear

Nepgear is the human form of Purple Sister and Neptune's younger sister. In contrast with Neptune's energetic personality, Nepgear is shy, timid, and prone to apologizing over even minor things, though she is friendly with others. Once she considers someone a friend, she remains deeply attached even if that person later turns against her.
