Nemesis

Nemesis is a demanding and sadistic figure who gives orders to Mea and uses her as a spy to monitor Yami. She wants Yami to return to her former life as an emotionless assassin and decides to remain in the human world while pursuing that goal. Nemesis also tries to befriend others, despite resistance from Momo and Rito.
