Neko Nekoyamada

Neko Nekoyamada is a third-year student at Hino Minami High School, vice president of the student council and self-proclaimed rival of the Deer Club. At 132 cm tall, she compensates for her short stature with a personal stepstool and has a strongly catlike style and personality.

Competitive, hot-headed and eager for recognition, Neko wants to expose Koshitan's weakness, disband the Deer Club and become student council president. She is also highly susceptible to praise, works hard on student council duties and becomes deeply attached to Tsuchi despite initially fearing them.
