Neito Monoma

Neito Monoma is a Class 1-B student at U.A. High School. He is loud, mocking and sarcastic toward Class 1-A but otherwise calm, kind and intelligent, with much of his rivalry driven by a desire for Class 1-B to receive comparable recognition. His Copy Quirk lets him duplicate another person's Quirk after physical contact, hold up to four at once and retain them for ten minutes.
