Nazonazo Hakase

Nazonazo Hakase, or Dr. Riddles, is a tall 67-year-old man with a prominent mustache, monocle, formal black clothing, and a top hat topped by a floating question mark. He likes to call himself the "mysterious professor who knows all," though the claim is clearly an exaggeration.
