Biography
Nabarl is a stoic mercenary whose American-version name is Navarre; Super Smash Bros. Brawl uses Nabaaru, while the anime uses Navarl. Known as the Crimson Fencer, he is infamous for his Killing Edge and often works with bandits for reasons left unknown.
Story spoilers
In Fire Emblem: Ankoku Ryū to Hikari no Tsurugi, Nabarl is assigned to chase Lena and Julian but changes his mind when Shiida asks him to join Marth's army, with his policy against harming women or children among the reasons. He disappears after the war. In Fire Emblem: Monshō no Nazo, Nabarl returns to banditry, encounters Feena, defects again and protects her, helps Marth out of respect from the previous campaign, then vanishes after the campaign with Feena following him.
