Narumi Katou

Narumi Katou is a kind young man and kung-fu expert who develops Zonapha syndrome, an illness that causes severe pain and breathing problems. Because making others laugh can prevent a crisis, he tries to survive by becoming a clown despite being terrible at comedy. Masaru is the only child to laugh at his jokes, and Narumi decides to help him when he sees the boy in trouble.
