Nano

Nano is an enigmatic 182-centimeter figure in Toshima who is not an Igura participant and carries neither tags nor a weapon despite the surrounding danger. Conservatively dressed and unsettlingly difficult to read, he repeatedly appears before Akira, leaving it unclear whether he is a friend or an enemy.
