Nalu Tanaka

Nalu Tanaka is the son of a Japanese geophysicist father and a free-spirited Hawaiian mother. A longtime family friend of the Hinaokas, he has known Masaki since childhood, loves surfing and his ukulele, and rides waves before school. After Shou arrives and Masaki takes up surfing, the three begin surfing together in the early mornings.
