Biography
Naegi no Haha is Makoto and Komaru Naegi's mother and is briefly shown in the DVD Monokuma gives Makoto as the first motive.
Story spoilers
Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls shows her and her husband hanging in a room full of corpses, but Komaru reports finding no sign of their bodies upon entering the room and concludes they may still be alive somewhere.
