Mutsu

Mutsu, Sekirei No. 5, is one of the relatively few male Sekirei and was formerly an S Plan Guardian in the first-generation Disciplinary Squad. His Ashikabi is Hayato. Mutsu carries a sword but does not draw it; instead, striking the scabbard against the ground can create shockwaves and large fissures, suggesting earth-based abilities.
