Muten Roushi

Muten Roushi, the "Turtle Immortal," is an ancient martial-arts master and the first Earthling to use the Kamehameha. Though he appears frail, he remains a formidable fighter and has trained figures including Grandpa Son Gohan, the Ox King, Goku, Kuririn, and Yamcha. His island home, Kame House, serves as a gathering place for their allies.
