Mori Ougai

Mori Ougai is a talented novelist, translator, and army surgeon who has lived abroad, making him more receptive to unfamiliar ideas than the average Japanese person of his era. He shares a mansion with Hishida Shunsou and is charismatic, romantic, gentlemanly, and sometimes very persistent. Shunsou also considers him something of a weirdo.
