Monsley

Monsley is a young military commander of Industria and Lepka's right-hand officer. Strong-willed and highly proficient with technical machinery, she was orphaned during the war and rescued from the sea by people who later founded Industria, leaving her with a particular hatred of the older generation that began the conflict.
