Monica Everett

Monica Everett is known as the Silent Witch, the only human able to cast spells without chanting. Extremely shy and prone to fainting around strangers, she develops chantless magic to work around the anxiety that interferes with her studies.

By eliminating the delay normally caused by incantations, Monica overcomes a major weakness of spellcasting and earns recognition as one of the Seven Sages.
