Mojo Jojo is Powerpuff Girls Z's most frequently recurring villain, a former zoo monkey transformed by black light from Chemical Z into a highly intelligent enemy of humanity. He can fly, has martial-arts ability, builds devices and possesses the destructive Mojo Robo, and ends his sentences with "Mojo." He also seems to have an obsession with food, especially sweets, despite his larger ambition to conquer the world.
Story spoilers
Mojo is responsible for creating the Rowdyruff Boys, who exploit his parental affection before abandoning him. Episode 33 also hints that he has feelings for Ms. Keane.
