Biography
Moeka Kiryuu is a 20-year-old woman whom Rintarou encounters in Akihabara while she is searching for an IBN 5100 computer. Extremely shy, she prefers communicating by text message and is fiercely protective of her mobile phone.
Story spoilers
Moeka is later revealed to be a Rounder working for SERN under the codename M4. Across multiple Alpha attractor-field timelines, she is the person who kills Mayuri.
