Biography
Modernia is a Nikke still designated as one of the Heretics.
Story spoilers
She was originally Marian of Elysion before Rapture corruption forced the commander to execute her. The Raptures recovered her body and transformed her into a Heretic, a Nikke-Rapture hybrid opposed to humanity. The protagonist later saves her, but her memories are erased, leaving her without her former hostility toward humanity.
