Mizuho Kusanagi

Mizuho Kusanagi is Seiryu High School's eccentric Student Council president, so devoted to keeping the office that he intentionally repeats school years. Wealthy and fond of beautiful things, he lives in a school-ground residence called the Kusanagi Palace and wants to recruit Arai and Takagi into the council.
