Mizugorou

Mizugorou is a small amphibious quadruped Pokémon with a blue body, light-blue underside, head fin, tail fin and orange star-shaped gills on its cheeks. Its head fin can sense changes in air and water currents and locate bodies of water, while its powerful tail propels it quickly through water.

Despite its size, Mizugorou can move or crush boulders larger than itself. It is described as very docile and, in the wild, can be found around swamps and wetlands, sleeping buried in soil near the water's edge.
