Miyako Saitou is married to the president of Ichigo Productions, works as Ai's manager, and helps care for the twins. She initially comes across as shallow, apparently having married only for the prospect of working around attractive men.
Story spoilers
After Ai's death, Miyako becomes the twins' adoptive parent. As they grow older, she matures as both a caretaker and manager and later manages the new B-Komachi.
