Story spoilers
Miya is secretly Sekirei No. 01, a fact known only to members of the first-generation Disciplinary Squad and Homura before she reveals it to Minato's group. She abandons neutrality after Uzume's death. Later information also establishes that Asama Takehito was not an Ashikabi because he lacked Sekirei genes.
