Miu Asakura is Konoha's childhood friend, whom he loved deeply.
Story spoilers
She attempts suicide by falling from the school building. According to the "Parumiere (パルミエーレ)" book, she both liked and hated Konoha and believed he had taken away the imagination she considered her own. She returns seeking revenge, survives her suicide attempt, and spends years in the hospital. According to the 6 Year After Episode, she volunteers at a Children's center.
