Mitsuru Kamekura

Mitsuru Kamekura is a professional bomber hired primarily for property destruction, handling assignments from the warning through the actual bombing. His usual explosives are intended for buildings and construction sites, while smaller jobs may use showier devices designed more to deceive, frighten or incite than to maximize destruction. After an attack, he blends into fleeing crowds and uses precognition to avoid capture.
