Misaki Tokura is the quiet, composed assistant at Card Capital and the niece of its owner, Shin Niita. She is a Vanguard player with an “Indelible Memory” that lets her perfectly retain what she sees, allowing her to learn the rules after a single reading and remember cards and effects from previous matches.
