Mirio Togata

Mirio Togata is a third-year U.A. High School student and a member of the Big 3. His Quirk, Permeation, lets him become intangible so he can pass through solid matter and allow attacks to move through him harmlessly. Before Izuku Midoriya, Mirio was considered the leading candidate to succeed All Might and inherit One For All.
