Biography
Minko Tsurugi is a 17-year-old apprentice chef who lives and works at Kissuisou. Hardworking but cold in manner, she initially tells Ohana to “die,” later substituting the insult “balut” when Ohana objects. She becomes passive when scolded for mistakes and is prone to jealousy when other staff praise Ohana.
Story spoilers
Although popular with boys at school, Minko rejects their confessions because she secretly likes Tohru. Learning that Tohru has feelings for Ohana makes her jealous of Ohana.
