Mikoto Urabe

Mikoto Urabe is a second-year high school student with an eccentric routine that includes sleeping in class and cutting things with her “panty scissors.” She keeps her social circle extremely small, associating mainly with her boyfriend Tsubaki and her friend Oka, but is genuine and sincere in her feelings for Tsubaki.
