Mikoto Itoshiki

Mikoto Itoshiki is the third son of the Itoshiki family and closely resembles Nozomu. A doctor, he operates the private Itoshiki Clinic, but a visual pun in his name makes it resemble the word for “death,” discouraging many townspeople from visiting. He becomes especially upset when anyone calls him “Zetsumei-sensei,” or “Dr. Death.”
