Meiko

MEIKO is the first Japanese VOCALOID voice synthesizer released by Crypton Future Media, with a voice provided by singer Meiko Haigo. She is commonly paired as a complementary voicebank to KAITO and is often depicted with sake because the slurred pronunciation of her original VOCALOID1 voicebank could sound drunken. MEIKO has no surname; "Sakine Meiko" is a separate fan-made younger derivative recognized by Crypton but not treated as a canonical version of MEIKO.
