Mei Menowa

Mei Menowa is one of Tanpopo's fellow Tower Witches and a member of the Ivory Quintet, a five-witch group assigned to transfer to Takamiya's school and capture him. She can pass through walls and create defensive barriers, and the wolf pelt around her neck can function as an extra appendage or backup weapon.
