Mattalast Balory

Mattalast Balory is a first-grade Armed Librarian and one of the five strongest in the organization. Calm and widely known as a liar, he typically wears a black suit and top hat. He fights with a pistol and a rifle powerful enough to rival a tank cannon, while his magic lets him foresee the immediate future and anticipate an opponent's movements.
