Masataka Takayanagi is a second-year Todo Academy student and Mitsuomi's younger brother, though the two have a poor relationship. Easygoing and somewhat shy, Masataka is nevertheless a surprisingly powerful martial artist who becomes much more dangerous when serious or angry.
