Heike is later revealed as Code:Breaker 02. He controls light, follows a variation of the Code of Hammurabi ending with "and eternal shackles for the evil," and seems not to prefer killing his targets, stating that life is precious. His Lost form remains concealed beneath full-body metal armor. In chapter 109, he is revealed to be more than a century old, born in the Meiji era, and to have helped found Eden after joining the Code:Emperor and other power users.
