Masaki Hinaoka

Masaki Hinaoka is a dried-potato-loving young man born and raised in Ooarai. After befriending transfer student Shou and joining in with his hobbies, Masaki takes up surfing and progresses in skill, with a strong sense of balance. Despite that progress on a board, he is still a complete beginner at swimming.
