Marlya Noel

Marlya Noel is a new recruit in Dorothea, an organization that fights fairy-related crime and illegal activity. She can control fairies without undergoing fairy-organ implant surgery and is skilled with hunting rifles and blades. Normally easygoing, she easily becomes emotional when the subject turns to her childhood friend Veronica.
