Biography
The Man of Judas, also called "ZERO = Mascchettiano," is an internationally wanted Class-S criminal with a $9.9 billion bounty who has never been apprehended. Tomoki usually calls him "That guy" or "pigeon guy." He appears around summer festivals, is associated with flocks of pigeons, and repeatedly interferes with Tomoki's attempts to win tournament prizes.
