Mamoru Yoshimura is a soft-spoken sixteen-year-old who transfers to a prestigious school because of his high intelligence. On his first day, he joins the student council and becomes the boyfriend of fellow council member Ayako Takasu after she confesses to him, leaving him uncertain about why she likes him.
