Makoto Yamamoto

Lieutenant Makoto Yamamoto is the Soyokaze's by-the-book first officer, constantly trying to impose military professionalism on the ship. Tylor's loose discipline drives him to distraction, yet Yamamoto remains torn between supporting his superior as duty demands and reporting the truth to UPSF command. He hopes to command a ship of his own one day.
