Makoto Kubota

久保田誠人

くぼたまこと / Kubo-chan

Biography

Makoto Kubota is calm, collected, and aloof and can seem equally detached from people and danger. He joins Izumo largely on a whim and is often underestimated because of his placid exterior, despite a capacity for sudden brutality. A constant smoker and gifted mahjong player, he is also intensely possessive of Tokitou.

Story spoilers

Kubota is the illegitimate son of the mysterious Seiji Munakata. When he leaves the Yakuza world, he destroys Tojou's headquarters on his way out.
