Machine Baron
Biography
Machine Baron is a mechanics-obsessed thief who targets mechanical objects and is especially fixated on Goriki. More comic loser than frightening villain, he hides behind a metal mask with only his left eye exposed and commands an army of mechanical henchmen who do not always obey him.
